You’ll leave with a clearer framework for choosing and conducting assessments.

July 14 — Report Writing: Clear, Efficient, and Meaningful
Turn your data into a report that tells a clear story. We’ll cover:
● Writing in a way families and teams understand
● Connecting data to educational impact
● Improving efficiency without sacrificing quality
You’ll leave with strategies to write stronger reports with more ease.

July 20 — Explaining Results at the Meeting: Communicate with Confidence
Assessment results matter most when others understand them. We’ll cover:
● How to explain data in plain language
● Structuring your verbal explanation
● Supporting parent understanding
● Leading the evaluation conversation professionally
You’ll leave feeling more confident presenting results to teams and families.

July 28 — Organizing Yourself for Strong Evaluations
Systems create efficiency — and reduce stress. We’ll cover:
● Managing timelines and workflow
● Organizing files and documentation
● Tracking evaluation steps
● Planning ahead for busy periods
● Creating personal systems that work
You’ll leave with practical organizational strategies you can implement immediately.
