Time Management FAQs

Who is this for?

Do you struggle with any of the following?

  • getting things done on time?
  • organizing your home, work, or other environments (or all of them)?
  • saying yes too often to projects and committees?

If you said yes, this program is for you!

What does help in time management involve?

When we work together to improve your time management, planning and organizing skills (sometimes referred to as executive functioning), I will:

  • have an initial intake session with you to review your concerns & respond to your questions
  • send you paperwork that allows us permission to work together
  • schedule 9 sessions with you that fit our schedules (60-90 minute zoom meetings)

Which areas will the intervention target?

The focus of the program targets three main areas:

  • time management
  • planning
  • organizing

These areas impact so many aspects of your life including your work deadlines, balancing home and work responsibilities, and achieving your goals.

For your child, these areas impact their educational career including homework, completing of large projects, and studying for exams.

Are sessions individual or in a group?

The nine sessions can either be completed individually or in a group. During our consultation call, we will discuss upcoming group opportunities.

Why do I as the parent need to be involved?

We do strongly encourage parents of children and teens to participate in each session. While not required, we find that parent involvement increases the likelihood of these strategies to be implemented.

Do you only work with students 10 years through high school?

We love working with college and university students too! reach out to us to discuss the concerns you have about your own time management, planning, & organization skills and we can discuss whether this program fits your needs!

How do I know if this is right for me or my child?

The best way to find out if this is right is to ask. I am happy to provide a free consultation over the phone.

Recently I realized that about 85% of my stress was directly related to “time”. The time management course provided by Ponzuric Learning Solutions is a game-changer. I have a much better understanding of how my brain works, amazing techniques to capitalize on my strengths, and much better organization and planning strategies. Jenny’s patience and ability to facilitate the learning in a meaningful and valuable way kept me engaged, wanting to stick with it, and put these practices in place. My stress level is so much better! Incredibly grateful.

I am also a School Neuropsychologist and Certified Relationship Coach. I have pursued training and knowledge in the areas of executive functioning, learning disabilities, and attentional concerns.
