Amy is a Certified Facilitative Leadership Coach and school psychologist with over 5 years of experience supporting students with executive functioning challenges. She leverages her specialized knowledge to work with adults, empowering them to develop practical, effective strategies that enhance their own executive functioning skills, fostering improved productivity and personal growth.
Serena is a Certified Facilitative Leadership Coach, Certified Trauma Coach, and former school psychologist with experience supporting adolescents with executive functioning challenges. She combines her expertise in trauma and executive functioning to help individuals understand how past experiences may influence their current patterns. Using a trauma-informed approach, she helps individuals strengthen their executive functioning skills and enhance their leadership for lasting growth.

If you’re looking to improve your executive functioning skills, this program will provide the tools and support you need.
What are executive functioning skills?
Executive functioning skills are the mental processes that help you plan, focus, remember, manage emotions and stress, and manage time effectively.
Can I join if I’m not available for every live session?
Yes! We strongly encourage you to attend live, as the sessions are interactive and designed for real-time support. But if you have to miss one, you’ll still get access to the full replay so you can catch up at your own pace. This ensures you won’t miss out on valuable information, even if you can’t attend every live session.
Will CEUs be offered?
No CEUs are offered for the Executive Functioning Academy or the Executive Functioning Momentum Community.
