She combines her expertise in trauma and executive functioning to help individuals understand how past experiences may influence their current patterns. Can I join if I’m not available for every live session?
Yes! We strongly encourage you to attend live, as the sessions are interactive and designed for real-time support. But if you have to miss one, you’ll still get access to the full replay so you can catch up at your own pace.
