The IEP Document
Can you connect the dots?…
Goals Drive Services 5-Part Training Series
We strive to create IEPs that are compliant, relevant, and useful.
However, many IEPs lack cohesion. It is not always easy for a reader to connect the dots between the present levels, goals, and services. This disjointed process can result in incomplete and ineffective IEPs, which can cause confusion and ultimately may not reflect the child’s unique needs.
Student data, parent input, and family-friendly communication are key ingredients in the IEP process.
Collaboration among IEP team members can lead to great IEP meetings. When you reflect on your IEP meeting, how would you rate them?
If you are looking to…
Include the right data and consider parent input effectively
Write clear present levels and easily connect those present levels to goals and then services and supports
Communicate in a family-friendly manner during IEP meetings
Work collaboratively with your team members and learn strategies to enhance teamwork
Then you’ve come to the right place!
Transform your team’s skills related to the IEP process with my 5-part training series.
Create clear, concise IEPs that enhance communication and collaboration, supporting success for both students and teams!

“I have worked with Jenny for many years, and she is the gold standard for educational training. Beyond Jenny’s extensive content knowledge, she is a fabulous presenter. Jenny has a wonderful ability to break down complex concepts into understandable language. She also has great rapport with her audiences and individuals leave sessions with the ability to implement what they have learned beyond theoretical understanding.”

“Jenny Ponzuric has presented in our county annually for many years. During that time she has presented on a variety of topics. I have personally sat in on several of these trainings and am always impressed by Jenny’s ability to take complicated information and make it not only easy to understand, but enjoyable to learn about! Her manner of presentation is relaxed but professional. The attendees get a real sense of knowing her by the end of the session and often speak about her as a colleague or friend. Every year she receives consistently strong reviews with over 95% of the attendees indicating that they strongly agree that Jenny is responsive, organized, knowledgeable, an effective speaker, and holds the interest of the room. I am looking forward to her return to our county this year, and for years to come!”

Hi, I’m Jenny
Your Master IEP Coach
As a Master IEP Coach ®, I have completed training that allows me to combine my professional background with specialized information, aiding school staff in navigating the IEP process. My journey in the realm of IEPs has seen me in various roles, from school psychologist to facilitator and even as consultant prior to meetings.
My driving force is an immense commitment to supporting students in navigating school challenges. I pair this dedication with a fervent belief in the importance of efficient systems for school-based teams involved in the IEP process.
My mission is clear: to ensure school teams feel prepared and empowered for their meetings. I strive to streamline their processes, optimize their time and resources leading up to each session, and articulate student insights in a manner that resonates with families. After all, our collective goal is singular: crafting supports that truly cater to each student’s unique needs, which sometimes requires some creativity and innovation.
