time management support
What does help in time management involve?
When we work together to improve your time management, planning and organizing skills (sometimes referred to as executive functioning), I will:
Have an initial intake session with you to review your concerns and respond to your questions.
Send you paperwork that allows us permission to work together.
Schedule 9 sessions with you that fit our schedules – meetings will be about 60-90 minutes each session and will be held via Zoom
Are sessions individual or in a group?
The nine sessions can either be completed individually or in a group. During our consultation call, we will discuss upcoming group opportunities.
How do I know if this is right for me?
The best way to find out if this is right is to ask. I am happy to provide a free consultation over the phone.
What are your fees?
Fees are based on the specific referral question/s and the overall complexity of our work together. Please reach out via email or schedule a call so we can discuss your concerns and then I can provide you with cost information.
Do you take insurance?
At this time, we do not take insurance; however, we are happy to discuss options that may assist you in submitting information to your insurance company (typically referred to as a superbill) for possible reimbursement.
Can you work with me remotely or do I have to come to your office?
Our office is located in Woodland Hills, CA. Under the Los Angeles’ mayor’s “safer at home” order, we are not able to work with anyone face-to-face at this time. We are happy to consult with you via email or over the phone about educational testing; however, the tests we use are not valid if they were administered remotely. Therefore, we would initiate educational testing once the “safer at home” order is lifted. Executive functioning intervention can be done remotely so please reach out via email or schedule a free phone call so we can discuss this option.
